sir, i got mobile with fault. i.e. problem in network coverage. so i send back it on same day to dealer for replacement. and i ve to bear 200/- courier charge. but "lyra collection" once again send me same piece which have same problem. i called them lots of time but they are not giving me proper answer.
i also make complain to website customer care. but they also not giving reply of my complains.
so i am now confused that what to do. please help me out. i mention purchased detail below.
