I would like to inform you that I have purchased zync cloud z5 dual core on 18th march 2013 from Amba
traders,Nehru place,New Delhi, cash memo no 35964.
Recently I faced network problem on that handset, I handed over my handset to your service center Mobile
Planet,Malviya Nagar on 13th June 2013,work order no.RVSRN1306MPN00055. which I received on 9 july13
almost after one month ,again after 2 days same problem persisted & I again deposited the hand set on 12july 13 at
mobile planet for repairing &received manual receipt no 1549 .
I was assured by service center & one of your service executive Mr Aditya to replace or provide serviced handset
after one week as on 19-7-13 , but when I approached mobile planet on 19 July he was as usual answerless &
unable to give satisfactory reply ,I only came to know Aditya is on leave at the end he provided me a cell no
[protected] to contact directly Zync service executive Mr Arohit after talking to him I came to know due to non
availability of spare there was delay now problem has short out & assured me to collect my hand set on Thursday
dated 25-7-13 from mobile planet
I am sorry to say it was approximately 4 month I have purchased Zync set & from that more than 1month 10 days It
is with zync for rectification of problem what a service????
I will be very thankful if my handset will be provided by company on said date repaired or replaced with new one
being a unit of apple group I expect a prompt service & value of customer’s time & money.
For your reference please find attached the scanned copy of purchase bill and 1st work order receipt & 2nd receipt
of mobile planet.

dear sir,
i m very sorry to inform you that my experience with your service facility was more than worst.i thought
company had given me a rectified handset in a new packin, i am writing all this because i have re submitted
my handset for rectification third time, last two times was for network problem and this time it was
completely dead,submitted on date 30th july 2013,submitted my handset to mobile planet,malviya
nagar,with work order no. RVSRN1307MPN00150.
I was assured by zync service executive Mr.Arohit and your service centre mobile planet that i will receive
my handset in one week,fully repaired if possible or replaced by new handset,i am expecting my handset
today, dated 07th august 2013.
Being a consumer i want to say buying zync mobile is a mental and financial harassment.
At the time of selling i was informed by your retailer amba traders that for any complain handset will be
collected from our residence personally by company and delivered to us after rectification.But infact
company nowhere stand in its words,all time i have to personally visit to your service centre.its just a
wastage of time.i once again say that buying zync is just a wastage of time and money and a way to get
mental tension for free.
i have purchased my handset on 18th march 2013 and i am facing problem and for almost two months the
handset is with company for repairing.details furnished below:-
1st time given for rectification on 13th june 2013 and received on 9th july 2013,
2nd time resubmitted for rectification on 12th july,2013 and received on 25th july 2013.
3rd time submitted on 30th july and waiting till date.
