Nowadays all the mobile service providers are charging extra recharge for validity. If your deposited amount is not utilized within the validity period then all your money goes to the drain and as such these companies are earning a hugh profit at the cost of the hard earned money of the users. I request trai to look into the matter in favour of the customers from whose money these companies are getting their bread and butter
