After paying 239+10=RS.249, for my postpaid loop mobile no.[protected] (account email id = nikhil.[protected]@gmail.com) i got a message saying REJECTED BY BANK at your website.But that amount is deducted from my bank account and it also is not paid to Loop .Please Refund my amount Rs.249. I mailed them at [protected]@rechargeseva.com but it has been 24 hrs and i havn't got a reply.Please refund as soon as possible.
