I bought a new sim card from vodafone. The number is[protected].
The same number was with another person. He discontinued from vodafone, and after a few months
vodafone gave this number to me.
There is an application Whasapp which can be used on some cell phones.
In Whatsapp, the registration is done through the mobile number
and the handset gets registered, not the sim card
Now, the person who had the number[protected] was using whatsapp. Now even when
the sim card is registered in my name, this person is continuing to use whatsapp through this phone number.
It means that he is sending and receiving messages, photos etc through this number on whatsapp.
