Mobile Telecom — Abused and tried for money

Hi, I got a call from [protected]. He said I'm calling from SBI and are you happy with our services. I said if you are calling from SBI then why don't you call from SBUI landline. why you're using mobile number. He didn't listened even a single word and started abusing me. Why nobody is doing anything against these caller.
