i order mobile at mobilesguru site one day after i receive the call from mobileguru agent he said without pancard i will give the mobile in emi . they tell to me within 10day you will received welcom kit you must pay 1000 rs to deliery boy, they told me after 10 day verfication person will be come to your home then you want submit the proofs to him.
after 2 weeks i received a this message, (dear customer, we are unable to approve your application for mobile on emi at this time as your application does not match our credit policy criteria) then i see this message i call to mobileguru customer care, now they are saying you dont have pancard thats why your application is rejected
what want to do, i now please take the action in mobilesguru.in site.
