Mobiquick — Money got deducted from my bank account but, not credited to receiver's account.

On 16 may, around 11:50p.m. I tried to load money from my bank account to an application wallet. I made the payment by my Airtel payment bank account with UTR[protected]. Of amount 17720. It got deducted from my bank account but not credited to my partner's bank account.
