Dear Management Team,

In reference to SMS received from your side regarding Balance maintenance in wallet i do not agree with
the clause
and would like to separate myself from business with you and kindly credit all the money lying in all
wallet that
required to be settled in the given bank account. This is our hard earned money how could you block
this as:-
DTR Digital wallet 40000.85
DTR consumer Wallet 25000.00
My all Retailers degital wallet 87706.60
Total wallets are 152707.65

it was never told about such clauses at the time of appointment and i do not like to continue with the
clause.
kindly settle the said outstanding amount in below provided

Updated by Ajaylkr1981 Dear Mobocash Management, We, Omniwel, have no competition with you as you mention in comment. If it were so, we would have not become your Distributor and hence part of your business.
I just want my money back which you have blocked as I cant use my Distributor Account nor Retailer Account. I have my 1.52 Lakh with you. Kindly settle the same through paying the amount in my back account or unblock my Distributor Account and let me consume my all balance. After that we will depart amicably.
The condition of block the account which you are mentioning now should be mentioned before allotment of distributorship. There were not such any condition when I become Mobocash Distributor. I agree that it is under your authority to update or modify any condition at any time but being a distributor I can disagree with you new condition and break the agreement of distributorship with you. In such case you are bound to pay the amount which we have with mobocash to me and close my Mobocash distributorship Account.

Mobo कैश sms गेटवे से प्राप्त सूचना के संदर्भ में मिस्टर राम मोहन, मिस्टर बरुण, मिस्टर विक्रम और सभी हायर अथॉरिटी से मैं जानना चाहता हूं कि आपका डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर आपके sms पर विश्वास क्यों करें?

1. क्योंकि आपने डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर बनाने वक्त आपके इंपलाई के द्वारा किसी भी टर्म एंड कंडीशन की बात नहीं की थी।
2. पहले आप सभी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर डीलर का बैलेंस ब्लॉक किया उसके बाद आपने sms गेट वे के माध्यम से सूचना दी कि कृपया ग्रामीण डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर 50, 000 एवं शहरी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर एक लाख ट्रेंड बैलेंस हमेशा रखें तभी आप का रिचार्ज सिस्टम सुचारू रूप से चलेगा, इस संदर्भ में कुछ डिस्ट्रीब्यूटरों ने बिलिंग करवाई, पर सिस्टम रिज्यूम होने के होने के कुछ ही मिनटों में पुन: बन्द हो गया।
3. यह संदेहास्पद है कि बिना किसी सूचना के आपने सभी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर, रिटेलर्स का बैलेट ब्लॉक किया यहां तक कि आपने अपने employee की सैलरी भी नहीं दी है ।
4. हम लोग जानते हैं कि कोई भी कंपनी अपने डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को लिखित में ईमेल के माध्यम से एक नोटिस पीरियड के तहत सूचना देते हैं नोटिस पीरियड के बाद कंपनी कारवाई करती है क्या आपने ऐसा किया?
5. 15 दिन बीतने को है पर आपके द्वारा कोई भी लिखित सूचना डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर को प्राप्त नहीं हुई है ।
6. पिछले दिनों जो भी सूचना mobokash sms gateway के माध्यम से प्राप्त हुई उसमें एक भी सूचना बाद में सच साबित नहीं हुई।
7. अभी तक आप लोगों के द्वारा कोई भी लिखित जवाब ना आना, आप के खिलाफ आरोप सिद्ध कर सकता है।
8. आपने अपने इंपलाई (बिहार और झारखंड) की सैलरी भी नहीं दी है यह भी आरोप सिद्ध करने में मदद कर सकता है कि आपसे आपके इंपलाई भी पीड़ित हैं।
9. अपने sms के माध्यम से कहा है कि जो डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर काम नहीं करना चाहते हैं वह अपना इस्तीफा पत्र दे उनका सेटलमेंट 20 -30 कार्य दिवस में किया जाएगा यानी 45 दिन लगेंगे क्योंकि आपने कार्य दिवस की बात की है ऐसे में उन लोगों का क्या होगा जो गरीब तबके से आते हैं रोज कमाते खाते हैं। हमारे विचार से आप सभी रिटेलर डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर और ग्राहक का रिचार्ज सर्विस शुरू कर दे, इसी से सभी लोग लाभान्वित होंगे और अपना पैसा वापस पा सकेंगे बशर्ते सुचारु रुप से आप का रिचार्ज पोर्टल कार्य करता रहे, सेटलमेंट की प्रक्रिया बाद में भी हो सकती है।
10. जो भी डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर आपके साथ आगे काम जारी रखना चाहेंगे वह आपके नए नियमों का अनुसरण करते हुए बिलिंग कराएंगे।
11. बिहार झारखंड सहित दूसरे राज्यों राजस्थान हरियाणा एवं दिल्ली से भी mobokash के खिलाफ समान शिकायतें मिल रही है।
