Mobuz Solutions — Not giving back the deposit taken for H1b, Please do not believe

Syed i'm writing this because it now almost 2 years when i gave the money and after my repeated request you did not put effort to refund the 50, 000 deposit taken for H1b.

For readers. The company claims to apply H1b visa, but i believe it is doing money laundering on the name of deposit. I have no intention of defaming any company or person but this is for the sake of saving other from falling into the trap of H1b through Mobuz. So here is my story.

I paid 50, 000 like lot of others to mobuz(attaching the confirmation email received on Jan 2nd 2015) plus send all the documents for them to file VISA. Once i got confirmation on 29th May 2015 of my name not shortlisted in H1b i asked the refund and since then me and my friends who also applied just because i applied struggle started.

I send them repeated email and i just got date after another. Syed Mohseen has stopped attending my calls and could only get assurance on email.

I'm attaching the email trail(content contain bank detail and Syed company address and number hence only sharing the snapshot). But at the very end i'm sharing my last email with my number so that they don't claim i'm fraud.

Also attaching the snapshot of agreement.

Please readers do not believe the company as they only take money every year from 50-60 candidates and refund them whenever they want or they may not, they only know.

Mobuz Solution Don't you guys dare to threaten me about defamation. I just need my money back and i have all the documents to drag you in court as well.
