Mochi The Shoe Shoppe — Cheating in shoe quality

I Purchased shoes from mochi and shoes's color is also damaged and easily being ruffed from the front within few days of shoes i purchased. I already given a wriiten compalin to mochi shoe custmor care department but they say this is done because of wearing of shoe and now they are not responsible for this color damaged. My comlain no in mochi shoe is 2153
