I have compliant against modern gas agency, which is harrassing me since last 3 years, i got transferred from Kanpur to Gorakhpur and requested a cancellation of my connection from modern gas agency, they were asking for a cylinder and accessories, which i haven't got at the time of connection. I am residing in Gorakhpur, it wasnt possible for me to to visit Kanpur for cancellation so requested over phone several time got no resolution so i stopped trying.
Today, I got a call from modern gas agency in the morning about visiting their office for KYC so again i requested for cancellation and got same old rant.
In the morning i got call from modern gas agency and in the evening they booked 2 cylinders in my name without my permission/ request, when i called they denied and asked to talk to his owner, please help me to get out of this mesh Was this information helpful? |
