I would like to formally register a consumer complaint against IndiaMART and one of its listed suppliers, Mohd Waris (Modern Home Decor Company), who has scammed me and also threatened my life.

Complaint Details:
I made a payment for goods that were never delivered.
The supplier, Mohd Waris, confirmed via email that he transferred my refund, but in WhatsApp messages, he denies making any payment and refuses to return my money.
Despite reporting this to IndiaMART, they falsely claimed to have suspended his profile, yet I can still see him active on their platform.
Mohd Waris has now openly admitted that he sold my items to someone else and says I must wait for him to receive payment before refunding me.
He demanded full payment upfront before shipping, despite my request for a standard payment process upon delivery.
Most importantly, he has threatened my life, saying he will kill me, which is a serious criminal offense.
I have clear evidence, including WhatsApp messages, emails, and transaction details, proving both the fraud and threats.

I request urgent legal action against IndiaMART and Mohd Waris (Modern Home Decor Company).
