We were searching for good homeopathic doctors as my daughter had low metabolism, dark facial hair & severe constipation. There is a homeopathic doctor Neha Gera from modern homeopathic clinic, delhi, she messaged my daughter on the Internet, ( Google+ & whatsapp) we did not know her at all & had never met her. Dr. Neha gera talked to my daughter very nicely, sweetly & told her "i will cure your thick dark facial hair, metabolic problems, early hair greying etc so, when are you coming to delhi, " my daughter said that "we live in moradabad not delhi & have you had any experience in this field, " so neha gera said that "yes, i have been doing this for 10 years, don't worry, so i can send you all the medicines by courier & i'll send 2 months homeopathic medicine, send 5000 rupees" without meeting her ever & said she will guide her progress along the way. Initially my daughter did not know that sending medicines by courier was possible, she heard of this for first time .

But this doctor was talking so nicely and convincingly, and sent her youtube videos .
She said "you will be fine & i know everything & keep doing as I say & take these medicines, you have symptoms like PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease) but you don't have PCOD, get thyroid test done, " my daughter told her that all the tests were done few years back & they were all normal & sent her all the previous medical test reports & history, allergy & food details, so the doctor said " i have read your reports" & confirmed that my daughter does not have PCOD (Polycystic ovarian disease ) and said hormonal imbalance is present."

She said "normally i charge 7000 rupees for other patients but for you I will give 5000 rupees then my daughter told her that is very expensive then Neha Gera said "give 4000 rupees + delivery charge"
The whole bag she sent was soaking in liquid medicine from inside.

After a day of taking the regular dosage which was 2 times (morning and evening) my daughter started feeling sick she got fever, bad allergy, coughing, heart palpitation, weakness & inflammation, blood in urine on 2nd day of medicine. The medicines She sent have had devastating side effects like blood in urine. We decided to stop her medication right away & ask for refund of our 4000 rupees for harmful medicines.

Therefore, i contacted the doctor on phone & told her to get her medicines back & give our money back but instead of refunding our money she denied the side effects, started brainwashing me over the phone by saying" no, they are homeopathic meds & no side effect, go to a psychiatrist, bring her to me in delhi, I will do her counselling, watch my videos, etc " She said many awful & bewildering things, not at all concerned about my child's health.
The doctor turned hostile & started making unfair assumptions & she is saying that "her allergies & low metabolism are false & facial hair disappear after growing up, " then why is there a need of her medicines & FOOLING US?

We kept calling her to send our money back & take medicines back but she is not receiving our calls now as she has our money.

And we read the prescription After 2 days as we thought that the folded paper attached with tape outside the courier package might be a courier slip. To our bewilderment she wrote that she is sending medicines for PCOD. for 3500 rupees. When the patient is not suffering from PCOD how can she cheat us like this?
She has sent medicines for PCOD when the patient is not suffering from PCOD nor hormonal imbalance that is why my daughter's health has worsened after her medicines. She did not tell us before on what's app that she was going to do this sort of harmful thing and play with my daughter's life for her greed.

First she cons my daughter online by convincing her of cure & after getting the money & sending wrong medicines, now she is trying to con the parent further.
We told her that your medicines are having adverse reactions on my daughter's health, kindly send the money back & take your medicines back but she declined.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter immediately & stop this kind of fraud over the Internet by doctors who fool people without diagnosing the ailment of the patient .
All my daughter's hormonal tests were normal which were done in Apollo hospital & the doctors there said that there is no hormonal problem & my daughter was still having dark facial hair since childhood & this particular Dr.Neha gera convinced her that hormonal imbalance is present & her medicines will cure her.

Immediately after 2 days of taking 4000 rupees from us Neha Gera says "go to psychiatrist ".This needs to stop . This particular doctor needs to refund our money & take this wrong medicine back. Now she is taking no responsibility after her wrong judgment have caused severe side effects on my daughter & also saying negative things.

Please send our hard earned money back and take your medicines back.
