Updated by himik This is inform you that buying house and purchasing house for rent is becoming very difficult day by day due to Modi. When one purchase the house for rent or buy house then the quality of house is so much degraded due to which he/she thinks their money is being wasted unnecessarily. This is happening due to increasing house rent which is about 72% and 28% GST charged by Modi in order to make full profit. Due to all of this, builders are not earning anything, as a result of which they are sitting idle and have no work, they are feeling like they are suffering from unemployment. Also, cost of the house is much higher that a normal person is not able to afford with no quality. When any customer purchase the house they have to leave the house due to poor quality or ask the builders to return their money which sometimes cause disputes between builders and customers. Modi and Modi people have threatened builders that they will kidnap and gang rape them and their families with the help of Asylum van and rapist gangs. In addition to this, they threaten them that they will put an end to their work and destroy their office. When any customer came to builders, builders tell the cost decided by Modi which is very high according to the budget of normal person. When the customer ready to buy house then builder himself/herself purchase the materials with their own money for building house which is cheap as builder is not making any profit. Due to low cost of materials the floor bricking cost is affected to a greater extent. Floor is being constructed with cheap materials and lower cost bricks are being used in order to built house. Due to all this, the quality of house becomes so much poor and being degraded. As a result of which, house size is small, carpet area is less, quality is being degraded and house is not reliable. Due to all these factors, the customer leave the house earlier or ask the builders to return their money. If the house is furnished and is suffered from all these factors then a customer say no or leave the house much earlier because quality of the house is poor and degraded. The builder is earning nothing and is suffering from loss. After few days, the whole house is being destroyed and is about to fall. This is the case when a customer buy house. When a person purchase house for rent from a builder then the builder ask owner the take the rent which is told by them. The rent is being decided by Modi and track the house which is about the sell with the help of intelligence bureau. The Modi and Modi people contact builders to take that much rent and misguide them to tell owner the rent much less than the actual rent in order to make high commission in the form of house rent. The builder earn nothing in this case. The customer has to pay much higher rent than actual rent due to Modi house rent scheme. It is now becoming difficult for a normal person to pay the rent as there will be no savings. The quality of the house is so much poor and degraded the customer leave the house within days or a month in most cases. This is the case when a customer purchase a house for rent. In every case, the builder is making no money and is going into loss in case when a customer buy a house. Bedide this, the customer is not able to buy house or not able to purchase house for rent. If they do so, then they have to empty the house or ask builder to return their money due to poor and degraded quality of the house. As a result of all this, most of the houses are vacant due to which a paricular area is becomes crowded. Take serious action against Modi and Modi people, lower the house rent and GST to greater extent so as to make builders earn money and make profit so as to improve quality of house to much greater extent and make the houses affordable to buy or puchase for rent for customers.
