I am holding NRI account in ur muthialpet branch since more than 20 years. Last month 14/12/2016 I have done shopping at MC Road creditted IRS 970/= in my account 2 tumes, received message for payment reverse but still not credited. I have complained in my branch but still no any response. I am giving details below for ur reference please look into the matter and do the needful.
