On 24th Oct2025, your employees from Customer Complaint Cell played a dirty game. They stole Rs.55000/ from my account, taking Phonepe source. My parcel which was in transit from past three days, could not be delivered due to Executive problem. After I took up the matter with complaints cell( Tel: +[protected]), who digested me, where I was swindled. 13000/ from spot transfer and 43000/ from my Bank Pension Account. Promising that all these funds e be refunded today by 10.30 am.
Not a penny has come back and again, this morning, gimmicky started asking me to let in EPI number for getting the refund.
.there are members involved in the fraud and two ladies( which I doubt) three guys. Names and money shared information can be provided. Info already given to Cyber Crime.
