I am using tata sbi card for 2 years and now i am really frustrated with their service because i keep email and call them but they didn't resolve my request since 3 months.

I try to use their provide 2000 rupees voucher in star bazar so it won't work and i contact to coupon department and ask them to cancel my coupon and reward back my points in to wallet so i can use it next and coupon company cancel it upon my request but they said your back still didn't add your 2000 points to your card and we are not responsible for it.
Please note my company take action againt them.
