Moma Scholarship 2014-15 — Delay in scholarship amount

I'm a student of MET ENGNEERING COLLEGE, MALA studying for S3 civil engneering .I had applied for the scholarship 2014-15 and i also got the sanction for the scholarship, but i have not yet received the amount.
