Complaint:
I placed an order on MOMPerfume.in on 10th July 2025 (Order #19757), paying ₹1468 online. The website promises dispatch within 24 hours, but it's now been more than 2 days, and the product is still not shipped.
There has been no communication or update from the seller, and my attempts to reach them via:

have been completely ignored. There is also no cancellation or refund process mentioned anywhere on the site. This behavior feels extremely unprofessional and suspicious.
