Monalisa Pati — Booking of seat

I was alloted a seat 33 vide PNR no. EHZP833525 in the Sundargarh Puri VOLVO Jagganath Bus on dtd. 29.08.2025. But i was surprised that my side seat was a gents which was previously booked for ladies only. How it was possible and I was mentally harassed during the night . I think there is some LANCH karabar while booking in ticket or involvement of bus staff in seat booking. Kindly enquiry into the matter seriously and reply to me in the mobile no in the ticket
