They are running FRAUDULENT and very INEFFICIENT service center. When i took my z500 lenovo laptop to them with a broken screen, not to mention low quality lenovo screen that couldn't sustain mild jerk during transport, it took them a week to repair that costed me 12k, ALMOST TWICE AS WHAT local vendor will charge you for a branded screen.
To my dismay, one fine day i again found that my screen stopped working without any known reason within 4 months for replacement, just after their spare part warranty expired. Again i ended my wasting 2 weeks with them.
Then went to a local vendor who told me that the SCREEN FITTED BY THEM WAS DUPLICATE ! IT'S BETTER TO GO FOR A TRUSTED LOCAL VENDOR THEN WASTING TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY WITH THEM Was this information helpful? |
