Monarch Universal Private Limited — Delay in contruction and no clarity on work status.

My name is Nirish N Kadakia bought a flat in Monarch Greesnscapes in Sept 2012, since then builder is not allowing us to register our flats.builders are absconding and recovery agent is coming forward to leave our alottment on flats. This is the case with 100 end users, we are seeking governemt help to resolve this issue.
