I write to inform you that one of your assistant by name Jiya Sharm contacted me over phone and told that she will provide me stock market advisory over phone on daily basis and will ensure higher profit, For that Monetary service will charge 5000.00. on 16th December 2021 she had provided company details (HDFC bank details) for payment and I made a payment through Google pay. Unfortunately payment didn't happen on the spot and was under process. When I informed the same thing to her she insisted me to do the payment to another account (Axis Bank). She had also promised that one of the payment if both payments are credited to company account, one payment will be refunded. Based on that on 17th December morning I paid one more payment through Phonepay.
When I got to know that both transactions are successful I asked Jiya to refund the amount, she totally denied the request and till date she is not receiving my phone calls.
For having paid amount I am not provided any receipt and also I am not given any papers pertaining to agreement.
She had given wrong advisory on F&O and caused huge loss of 40, 000 to me.
I urge you to look into the matter and refund my entire amount of 10, 000 at the earliest. Herewith I cancel my agreement with your company if such are created without my consent.
