[Resolved]  Money Classic Research — fraudulently taken my rs.7000/- for fake service

I had received a call from their representative mr. Suraj (Mob [protected]/[protected]) working in your company.
He assured me to join with us i. E. Money classic research, with just rs. 7000/- and their company will provide me daily 3 calls for minimum profit of rs.1000-rs.2000 per call. He assured me that their company has experts of share market and they will provide genuine calls. He never told me higher services of their company. He is just telling me to join with us and will give you sure sure profit with minimum risks. Now when i paid rs.7000 to the company. One call received from their representative named mr. Anand regarding their service fund assurance service for which i have to pay rs.70000/-. He explained me that your company will provide 12 calls in a month, in which minimum profit of rs.15000/- per call with 98% accuracy. But i told him that sir i don't know you personally neither your company still i have invested rs.7000/-; please give me service in rs.7000/- which they have told me while joining. I told him that i will take higher services from the next month from your company. I also told him that i don't have that much money. But he is just talking, talking and talking about the fund assurance service and also told that in rs.7000/-, risk ratio is 30% which was not informed to me while joining. He is not listening to me. One more call received from ms. Akansha ([protected]). She also took my 20-30 minutes on same topic i. E. Fund assurance service for rs.70000/-. But i also told her that mam as of now i can't arrange that much fund because i already incurred huge loss in share market. Please give me service of rs.7000/-.
After payment i have not received any genuine call from their side and i incurred some loss on regularly 2 days. After that their representative mr. Suraj ([protected]) keeps calling me regularly and telling me join their fund assurance service. He forced me join fund assurance service as i incurred loss from their fault. And they said that sir 30% risk is there in the basic service i. E. Rs.7000/-. Then i ask him to saw calls of fund assurance service and he gave me a call after taking permission of ms. Akansha to take buy call on mindtree for[protected] shares @800 plus rate. Yes no doubt this share was increased. But how can i buy[protected] shares? I have only 20000/- for
Trading in which can only buy 400-500 shares. Then i asked mr. Suraj that this is not fair as why not i am getting genuine calls. He told me that in rs.7000/- calls are with risk weightage of 30% but when i watched their all calls it was 50%. He again and again calling for taking service of fund assurance service. I told him to that i wouldn't arrange money kindly give genuine calls in rs.7000/- which i already paid. But he keeps forcing me for rs.70000/- service and keeps calling me again and again, so i didn't picked his call. I was in hospital as my child was suffering from pneumonia and he messages me that "lgta hai sir profit jyada ho gya hai apko. Profit hajam nhi ho rha hai apko shayad. Call receive kijiye is tarah se kaam nh hota market me." is this kind of conversation is acceptable while talking with clients. When i saw this messages i called him back and told him that i was i hospital but still he continuing his annoying conversation. After that i didn't received my calls since 2 days i am not getting messages regarding 3 calls, which i supposed to receive daily till 1 month. But mr. Suraj again and again called me then i asked why i am not getting my 3 calls for last 2 days. He didn't answered me. Then[protected] ms. Akansha called me & convinced me join their fund assurance service and told me to deposit rs21000/- more by 09.03.2018 and remaining in working days. But i know after depositing rs.21000/- they will ask more to deposit without giving any services. After depositing my money rs.7000/- they gave me calls in message only two days which were not genuine and due fake calls i incurred loss. Since then i have not received any calls till now.
But sir i am requesting you please help me for refund of my hard earn money.
