I would like to bring to your immediate attention about the fraud individual/company that is operating via phone and website to extort money from public.
On Wednesday, 18th April 2018, I received call from Shivay who introduced himself as stock market consultant from Money Desire Research Company (http://moneydesireresearch.co.in/) and his contact number: [protected]. He and his company has cheated me of 57700 INR and moneydesireresearch (SEBI Reg No. : INA[protected] it’s a big fraud company. Shivay asked me to invest amount 30000 INR for trading in stock market and company service fee of 27700 INR/month promising good returns in one month. I paid the amount through company website (PAYU gateway) on Tuesday, 24th April 2018 (Payment Transaction reference no.[protected] and[protected]. He confirmed on the payment receipt and next day he said me that my money invested is under loss and asked me to invest more money to recover the loss, he gave me the option to use my credit card in company website for investment which I didn’t’ agree and asked him to refund the service charges 27700 INR and now he is not responding to my calls and his phone is switched off.

I think this is a big scam to extort money from public and these cheaters get away easily because they think people won’t file a complaint or they can’t be tracked.

My sincere request to Consumer Forum to act against such fraud people because I know many people have fall into this trap and losing hard earned money. Please investigate this case and punish them as per law and give us justice. If not, they will continue to cheat many innocent people.
