This is in regards to my personal loan account number ..
Due to financial problems and health issues i couldn't pay last 2 months dues on time and is still overdue.. I assure you that I will pay the entire dues in next 4-6 months. Request you to kindly understand the financial problems.
I am getting continuous calls from your collection agencies since last 2 months.. Also collections guys are using vulgar language and speaking very badly. Different people are calling from different numbers and disturbing my privacy. Have gotten almost 45-50 calls just today. I can't attend everybody's call and explain my financial problems.
Moreover your collections agencies are calling my friends and relatives who have nothing to do with my loan..
How are they responsible for my late payments / defaults? Getting mental torture from your collection agencies. Literally I have to switch off my phone because this people are calling so desperately as if I have defaulted.
Request you to kindly stop calling other person apart from me. Calling other people will not solve the purpose but will increase the unnecessary issues.
I hope calling my friends and relatives is not part of any agreement.
As i mentioned i am currently running with financial issues due to which delay has happened.. COVID has ruined our business and has to close the business completely..
Hope you understand the issue and make the note to your collections agency
