I received a call today . Person is from Accena, calling in behalf of Moneyview.
Some illiterate was shouting and giving death threats . The person mentioned, they are going to visit the adhar mentioned address even though we are saying we do not stay there anymore and then he started using vular language and giving rape threats.
Also mentioned, they don't need the customer they visit to defame customers in front of others by sharing loan details.
I have been in touch with the email team, social media team of Moneyview as well as Accena on call. Updating them still such behaviour is pathetic.
