Money View Loan — Loan with Insurance

I took a loan of 7 lakh from Money View in October 2024. They deducted about 33, 000 as processing fees and 13, 000 as insurance charges, and deposited the remaining amount into my account. However, even after 5 months, they have not provided the insurance till today. The insurance number they provided is denied by the insurance company. Previously, that policy number used to be shown in their app, but after filing a complaint, it has stopped showing there as well. Despite my continuous coordination for 1 month, I have still not received the insurance.
