Hello, i ordered and item on 12th of september 2017 from a website named mongoosekart based in rajkot, gujarat. I ordered from there instagram page where i had a conversation with mr shaunak mehta. I transferred 1750₹ to his paytm account via mine and i recieved my product yesterday which is not as promised soo i complained and told him to give me my order details soo that i could return it but instead of replying he blocked me on instagram and when i checked on his website the same product was priced 1539₹. I was cheated and now that guy would not receive my calls and has even blocked me from facebook messenger where i tried contacting him.
Please help me
