Monikwik — money deducted and but didn't reversed after order cancellation

I made payment to street style store through mobiwik and then i cancelled the order and ask for refund to my merchant they said that they have reversed the payment into my mobikwik wallet but i have not got any money only i got an e-mail from mobiwik that my payment has reversed but my wallet balance is still showing 0. It’s more than 8 days and i am very worried with the behaviour of such fraud websites.
