MonkeyBox — they have taken money. not provided service and not refunded in money

Hi

I had taken monkey box subscription for my daughter's lunch. That time they gave option of her school amaatra academyn the drop down.

I have taken subscription worth 1500/- with my phone number [protected].

They called two days after subscribing and told that they have stopped service to this school and will refund. I see credit of 1500 in my account but there is no way i am able the transfer it to my account. I am not able to contact them either and the phone number which is on their app [protected] is not valid.

Please help me in getting my 1500 back from this app company.
