My name is Gouthami. I placed an order with Moon Goddess Couture on October 1st, 2024. The order number is 654397, and it included 2 dresses totaling ₹1887.90.
It has now been over 7 months, and I have still not received the products. I have tried contacting the company multiple times through their website, email, and social media, but have received no response or update. There has been zero communication, and no refund has been provided.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I am filing this complaint to:
Demand a full refund
Warn other customers about their irresponsible practices
If I do not receive a proper response soon, I will be escalating this further through legal channels and reporting it to consumer rights authorities.
