I only received automated replies and no meaningful updates regarding my order.
Unprofessional Response:
When I escalated the issue and requested a refund, their team responded rudely, stating that "customers don’t read anything and are always arguing." This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Impact on Customers:
From their responses and other customer reviews, it is clear that this is not an isolated incident but a systemic issue with their business operations.
Resolution Requested:
I seek your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Specifically, I request:
