Moonlight Gas Service, Indane Gas Distributor — Cancel my gas booking because I didn’t accept illegal demand of the delivery man

: Respected Sir, Cylinder Delivery Man named ALOKE came at my home on 24/07/2015 to deliver LPG cylinder and demand Rs 30 as delivery charge. I didn’t accept his high illegal demands then he go back from my home without delivering LPG cylinder. After that I informed the above matter to distributor office on the same day by phone and he asked me that he will instruct to delivery man (ALOKE) not to do so like this. BUT Next Day (25/07/2015), I got message –“your refill booking ref. No. 260637 stands cancelled”. I want to know- “Who is responsible for this type of harassment”.
