Moonstar Friendship — I'm complaining about money refund

I saw advertising on moonstar friendship i paid 1500 for membership than they said me you have to pay for take i'd for safe meeting which was not clear before. I paid 3000 than they told me your profile is not matching you have to pay 5000 more. And i didnt get any services and i told them that i don't want anything please refund me. Than they said it is not refundable if your want you have to pay 10000 for all amount refund. I paid it but now they are not picking up my phone. Once they picked up and said it can be refund in 15 or 30 minutes. I have paid total 37000 pls help me i need my amount on urgent basis because my father health is not good and admitted to hospital please help.
