I left my car with maansarovar honda cars in chennai for bodyshop damages and even after repeatedly letting them know that my bumber which was changed did not sit properly the works manager came and saw and said that the new bumper was cut and he wanted time to replace the new bumper and gave an assurance in writing on the bill that it would be done in a months time after getting assurance and in writing took delivery of the car after it was serviced but as i drow the car for 2 kilometer i found the ac was not working properly got back to the showroom and spoke to the concerned service advisor rajkumar he after checking with a meter came up and said that it was working perfectly still not convinced i spoke to the works manager Anto who spoke and said let me see he was also convinced that it was okay then he suggested let me take a test drive with his person and after taking the test he said please leave the car we shall test it and take care.
but to my surprise today when i went to take delivery of my car he is said that the gas was less and the meter charges for the same total is rs 2185
this is how the dealer is trying to fleece the the customer -suprisingly it was okay one day before and after teeling them it is not okay we have to pay the charges. never expected this from a reputed brand like honda Was this information helpful? |
