I have been complaining since 13.6.17 regarding the above issues but nothing has been done till date.
The post connection Bill is also exorbitant. Unwanted information is sent but beneficial plans are informed. I am a customer with special paid number using since 2006.
Plz give me correct picture about the network and data speed issue whether it can be resolved or not, don't give false assurances further.
Today I am last day to resolve issue, failing which I will be compelled to leave the connection/port the number
