I have boarded the Bus at 8 :30 PM IST at TUNI (Kakinda District), has to reach the BHEL(Hyderabad) next day morning ( 7:50 AM), The bus has technical issue, no one is there to assist and none of the Morning star phone numbers are working. Driver and cleaner behaving harsh and not trying to fix the issue.
The next day afternoon 2 PM we are still in bus, not sure when we are going to get down.
The service and maintained of the vehicle is too worst, It produce lot of noise.
