Had very bad and worst experience buying mg hector plus from mumbai prabhadevi showroom. Starting from day one when i went to take my car. 1 - There was a scratch on back window, rooftop cloth had black stains and also had bluetooth glitch. 2 - I gave my car back and again they gave me rooftop with more stain marks, and bluetooth glitch was not fixed. They told me on the day of first service we will fix everything. 3 - i gave my car for first service and i was excited that this time everything will be absolutely fine, but service was so bad they didn’t clean my car properly, i have videos with me which i had shared in the so called MG whatsapp group but no one cared. Service was very bad and this time rooftop they changed but it was torn already.And also bluetooth glitch was not fixed. They were only apologising and not doing anything. Then few days later i had to change the footrest bcoz it had bend, so ur company told me to buy a set of 17k and i agreed to it and also told them to change the torn rooftop, two days my car was at service centre & again the rooftop was replaced but in different color also only one footrest was replaced when i gave money for both, the other was kept very badly on car seats. And also my car was not at all clean and when i asked them they told me we cud not clean because there was no water. Bluetooth still not fixed, i got a used car from day one. And all these time they took my car they used my petrol already the average so less of this car on that i was going by cab for my work. Not a single person is taking responsibility at ur MG showroom.
