I was travelling from jaipur to Shree Ganga nagar on 5th April 2025 in the middle way I tried to charge my car MG Windsor RJ59CA9168 at nearby charging station but my car was not accepting the charging so I decided to go other charging station but there also the same problem I faced so I ask help from MG Customer care for RSA support. But they said they will charge amount for RSA support but at the time of selling the car they promised that they will give me RSA support free. So I decided that I will pay them and ask them to send RSA support. I raised the complaint at 1 pm and till 8 pm in evening no support I get from them. I take help to locals.
This is the service support. Its not safe to travel will there car at any place with family. Also their customer service was very bad. They harass me as much they can. At the time of purchasing vehicle they promised that the car will run 320km on one full charge but the car runs only 150-200 km per full charge. I want full compansation against this car
