I got to know about this agency from www.sulekha.com. We needed a domestic help and got the contact details from the website. Upon contacting the person offered to assure the services immediately. He shared the terms and conditions of the agency via whatsapp. He also sent the details of the maid with the id card to make it look very reliable. Then we provided the advance amount which he asked for. After which he does'nt pick the phone. We managed to contact the person through whatsapp and he gave some lame excuses for not sending the maid. We got fed up and asked to refund the advance. He said he needed some time and his excuses also followed. 8 months on and the fraud has got away with the money Was this information helpful? |
