I am Harishchandra Govind Gosavi, a Motilal Oswal customer from last 5 years as I applied home loan application on 2016 and paying more than 18000 RS EMI on monthly basis without any stoppage even in lockdown. So today I want to close balance loan as I was able to pay remaining amount of loan in one take. So for this I visited one of your branch at Kalyan but they not having proper solution. Staff is like person who is taking care of customer complaint is absent and he will come o=in next month. but what about if I done want to pay EMI on next month and for this I visited main head quarter at Lower Parel, Mumbai still not received any proper solution.
As per Staff and branches the solution is I have to wait 60 days for this loan closure process. Is This type of services Motilal Oswal providing for their valuable customer?
