Please note that it started with one of their employees Ms Arjoo Singh. She promised me monthly amount of INR 15, 000 and asked me to invest 5 lakhs. I gave her go ahead. But after 2 months (these 2 months I received some amount) no transfer was made to me. When I enquired, she told me that she had been promoted and no longer look into my account and asked her manager Mr Rahul to take care of that but she said that she was surprised that Rahul Rai never informed me.
When I contacted Mr. Rahul he told me that this scheme is over now and the only option I have is to surrender or continue and for surrendering there will be charges. Seeing erosion and no option I decided to continue.
In between I came to know that certain SIP were also taken by Arjoo and every month I have to pay 9000 as installment. I was not aware and when demand notice came for this I clearly told Mr. Rahul that this SIP was not agreed upon however now since its there I will pay installment.
After few days I got mail stating I have to pay INR 9879 for some services. This was the biggest surprise. I imm. wrote back to Rahul and Motilal that I never opted for this service then how come they can charge this to me. I wrote clearly to them that these charges should not be levied
Despite that, when I checked my account they have debited 9879 from my account. This is a fraudulent debit and I dont agree. I never opted for any paid services from Motilal then how come they can debit anything from my account
There is no support from their manager Mr. Rahul Rai as every time we had conversation he misguide, for SIP also he told I have to transfer 6000 and when I transferred 6000 there was demand for another 3000 and because of that my SIP was stopped
I am writing to you to please help me to get out of this fraud created by Motilal and protect my Money
