I am Sapana Chetan More i had applied home loan in Motilal Oswal Home Finance Ltd Loan account no, LXMOKALY[protected].
I had apply for foreclosure on 02.07.2022 but still have not get link for payment then within 60 days will get foreclosure letter.
This is very long process why i pay 2 month interest already they charge 14.1% interest.
i have already requested that i am taken personal loan from SBI to close this. i will not possible to pay both EMI.
but they will not doing any thing. suppose i will not pay 1 month EMI then they will wait for 60 days??? answer is no then why they hold me for 60 days. i am single person who working in home.
I need support please look this matter urgenlty.
