Rs.29382/- Inclusive Taxes paid on 2nd June 2021, and till date not a single trade executed or performed using TGS, that speaks about the TGS Team performance or should I say its a scam? I have informed about the problems I faced with TGS, terminal is not allowing me any operation. Its over 4 weeks now, I am just told your IT Team would contact to resolve, however this has not been resolved. Have followed all your calls to attend all your webinars/watched all videos as recommended by your Team. Nothing has helped neither has my requests for refund of subscription has been actioned. I have mentioned to your team on my disappointment and having faced such hardships. I was looking forward to have ease of my trading, however this experience has just created considerable stress and anxiety to me that is affecting my health. I have requested for cancellation of my subscription as I do not intend to pursue your TGs services any further. Several mails and communication thru your agents have not been addressed.
I believe you have issues with operating, quote your response on mail... "In the midst of this unprecedented crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic we at MOFSL TGS strive to provide to you the best of our services. However, as a result of the myriad challenges posed by the outbreak, we are having to manage our operations with a skeletal team of Customer Services Executives." I understand your limitations but I cannot continue to bear further health issues caused by your poor services.
