Dear Sir,

My name is Mukesh Upadhyay, I live in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. I applied for RC transfer for the second hand vehicle (Bullet Electra) having vehicle no MH43BH6820 where RC transfer was applied on 14th January 2022 and even after 55 days of my application.

I feel that Vashi RTO is actually harassing me by not sending my RC and Smart card. Please help to resolve this issue.
