I have given my baleno car to insurance claim. service supervisor Mr sanjay taken my car and told me about the survey process and claim settlement process faudly. my policy surveyor and claim officer mr rahul kaul surveyed my car and told me about the process wrongly. they satisfied me that your car work will done on insurance hand. mr sanjay told me that your car will delivered within 8 days but after 10 days when i reached to motorcraft after calling him in morning. i found that my car not ready to pick. after trying again and again i have found my car at 6pm. and before delivered and show my car, they forced me to give feedback or review with signanature., in frustration i was given excellent to him. because of 6pm at dec month, i cant check my car properly. i have pick my car after 6pm and when i reached at my home i was found the doors are not adjusted properly. next day i have complaint to his manager mr narendra yadav, he told me that, he will arrange a mechanic to readjust your doors but till now no came. during this process claim officer mr kaul and sanjay misguided me and mr sanjay charged me 4699 INR. so overall motorcraft device advisers are fraud. so never choose it.
