I purchased "Access 125" about 8 months back and usually go to "G.L Suzuki Service Centre" for service which is in "G.T karnal road" near to my home.But this service centre is actually is made to people fool. Everytime I had to told them to even wash my scooter after the service when i went to collect it, everytime they used to say oh "may be Labour forgot to wash it" and in a very rude voice.And some days back my scooter stopped working so when i checked it to my locality machanic "he told me they didnot change even the engine oil because oil was totaly black ,how it can be so black in 3 days or in 30-40 kms of driving" .This service centre has no boss all the time i talked to mechanic for any problem and machanics really dont khow how to speak with customers.I think the owner of this dont have need of customers, so please take immediate steps to stop its misdeed either by cancel his licence of suzuki or by give them training how workshop works.
