Your Company representative received Rs.849/- cash against following Vehicle Hero Honda Splendor for insurance renewal but one time Cover Note issue no JPR 3439024 against cash but after 5 days your representative come to office & request to me pl retd above cover note due to following cover note only authorized 4 vehicle purpose & change to new cover note Two vehicle re-issue after two day No. JPR 3439255 & after one month your company Register Latter Received and intimation for Cheque Dishonor against Cover Note No. JPR 3439255 Cheque No. 843100 Dt.25.06.12 Rs.849/- & remark for "Company has no liability on the above proposal form" . As fact no Cheque issue against Cover Note No.JPR 3439255.
